Culture Survey at WIKA

Why are we currently conducting a Culture Survey?

With our 2030 business strategy, we know what we want to achieve in the coming years. In order to be able to get there with more ease, we take a close look at our corporate culture and our corporate values. Why? Because it shapes our everyday life. It not only determines how we interact with each other but also how we deal with challenges, work on and solve tasks, and how we make decisions.

In order to better understand what distinguishes us as WIKA, we are now starting a global culture survey – because there can be very different perspectives on how we work together at WIKA, from region to region and even from department to department. Taken together, these provide a meaningful picture of who we are as WIKA, with all our strengths and potential for development. We will then build on the results of this culture survey so that we can continue to be successful together in the future.

On this page, you will find further information on the culture survey as well as constant updates on the process.

Key Facts at a Glance

That is why we conduct a culture survey:

  • Corporate culture shapes our everyday actions and influences how we treat each other, solve tasks, and make decisions
  • We know what we want to achieve by 2030. To make it easier to achieve these goals and continue to be successful in the future, we want to further develop our corporate culture – because it plays a major role here
  • In order to better understand how our current culture is perceived across WIKA and what requirements will be placed on our future culture, we are conducting a culture survey

This is the process:

  • Short survey (approx. 10 minutes) on the currently perceived culture and desired future culture

    Who is involved?

    • In the first step, all employees in Klingenberg and the German companies
    • Subsequently, expansion to our three regions. Since the survey will initially only be conducted in German and English, only management levels 1-3 will be surveyed here
  • Qualitative individual interviews to deepen and substantiate the quantitative results

    Who is involved?

    • Selected people who together contribute as many different perspectives as possible
  • The results are announced to all employees
